Delete your personal data
You can have your personal data removed from Cortexa at any time. Depending on what you want deleted:
- Facebook connection (for hosts): disconnecting your Facebook Page in Integrations inside the application immediately removes the stored Page access token. Cortexa stops retrieving any further leads for that Page.
- Leads and webinar registrations: this data belongs to the clinic or organization that ran the webinar or ad you responded to. You can contact that organization directly, or send your request to us and we will process it with them.
- Your account and anything else: email privacy@cortexa.vip.
How to submit a request
Send an email to privacy@cortexa.vip with the subject line "Data deletion request", sent from (or identifying) the email address your data is associated with. Mention, if you know it, the webinar or organization involved — it helps us locate the records faster.
We will confirm receipt, delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, and send you a confirmation when the deletion is complete. Data that we must keep for legal or billing reasons (for example invoices) is retained only as long as required and then removed.
